Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy
Prior to commencing a course, you must pre-register and pay a deposit to reserve your spot.
The deposit is non-refundable, however if you decide to cancel the course, we are happy to offer the opportunity for you to transfer the deposit to a future course/workshop.
Full payment of the course is to be made prior to the commencement date.
Any cancellations must be made in writing 24 hours prior to the course start date.
No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced however under exceptional circumstances, we are happy to transfer the course amount to a future course/workshop.
